Default racing/drift seats and harness question on hand

anybody have a prefered racing seat/ harness

for seats i really like Bride but i also like my money so those are a no go

but i went into fischer buggies a while ago and they had some solid non adjustable corbeau's for $500 a pair (seat mounts are another $150)

so im thinking about those

what do you all suggest

as for harnesses i really like those takata greens, but the same money thing goes in hand there

so what do you all suggest for harnesses also

thanks

jace

If you want to match I guess you could get 2 seats, but honestly screw the passenger, your much better off going with something like a Sparco speed which is about 200 for the seat. And for harnesses, any soild 5 point should do. But I do not recomend you drive with the harness unless you have atleast a roll bar. Autopower has a good camlock harness that is cheap. So does Gforce I believe you will have to look at places like soloracer.com to see where your best deals are good luck!

im telling you one thing dont hesitate to sell the seat if it doesnt fit you. bryce has a cheaper non adjustable racing seat and i cant stand sitting in it for more 5 min, but he likes it. so every seat is different.
if its a daily driver def get reclinables unles you find the perfect seat.

if you get harnesses make sure you get race legal 3 inch, 5pt belts. you can save a lot of money if you dont get the cam lock belts.

I really don't think you would fit in a Bride very well...they're sized for Japanese people

i fit into an old school bride ergo(?) pretty well, i love that seat.... :drooool:

no matter what seats you get, you should get some bride rails, theyre expensive, but all the sparco/corbeau/momo rails tend to place the seats higher than the stock ones, and being a tall guy i would be screwed, the s14 has no headroom as is, hahah.

jessie, if you can get me one for cheap, ill pay cash tomorrow!
