maybe a good place for an event?
this is an old airfield in Fort Myers. i think some of u have seen it befor. the scca has events here all the time so i got ot thinking this would be a great spot. no poles, no walls, AND ITS BIG. i got the # to the persion incharg of the airfield and well be giving them a call tomarow on what it would take to setup and event here.

pics dotn realy do it justice. this is a big ass place could probly fit like 3 or 4 tracks on it.

I tried this 2 years ago, I had a waver from TR with tons of names on it, and they didnt go for it..... GCAC is a buncha retirees running the club, it will be hard to win them over. Hopefully with some of the fotage of events already going on it can happen, but Ive got my doubts..
