HEY i just got my eagle talon awd turbo lik last month and i havent tryd to drift it on sement yet only on sand .
how hard will it be to get a awd car sideways on a regular track?

with awd you need to have a good technique for breaking away. alot of people have to power over or quick ebrake to get it out.
are DSMs front or rear biased? i want to think front because of the layout, and i know alot of skylines and wrx's can do it since they are more rear power biased.

but if it is more rear biased then just brake and throttle at the same time and it should work

If you want some tutoring or just plain old advice I'd be glad to give input - I drifted a Legacy Turbo Wagon for a few years and will humbly say that I know the ropes of AWD drifting.
AWD Is a different type of drifting from RWD...
The easiest technique is to input a hard initial turn in and come off with barely any counter steer. DSM's are mostly front-biased depending on the model, but will direct power all over the place.
AWD drifting isn't as predictable since you not only have to be controlling the car but also you usually have to be tricking the AWD system from catching traction again. With insane amounts of power it is easier to power over, but you'll most likely break stuff.
Look for vids of the old Group B rally car tarmac stages and you can see lots of AWD sideways rediculousness...
Just keep up on the condition of your CV boots, there's no reason that you ought to tear more drifting than you would on a rally...

i know there fun in a wet parking lot. and my boys 95 gsx has been side ways esy in the rain. but it still likes to cath. i would liek to learn this tho. im thinking of geting a galant vr4
