I'm sure they are already paying out the arse having any kind of insurance for a high speed track .

You have to sign a waiver anyway maybe they would let him with some type of parental consent ?

i know this too, but the way it is is the way is. so i'm sorry, i remember when i couldn't do some of the things i wanted to because i wasn't old enough. its called growing up. try it some time.

 

...and they probably could've lost their ass if something happened to him and there was no paperwork signed by a parent or legal guardian unless he's an emancipated minor. Legally they really should not have let him run without such a form....if you're a minor, then you pretty much have no legal right to speak for yourself it would seem. They could have some really weird insurance, but I don't know of any that do not operate this way.

 

just to let the preassumptious people know, my grandpa was infact with me and i did infact sign waivors and so did he.

and infact miami track gave me a waivor to bring back so i can specifically compete on their track all the time. just have to get it notarized. so did somebody special suggest that they dont allow under 18 or am i just imagining things.

and honestly im sick of all this fucking bullshit, regina didnt attack the event in any way shape or form. i think all you need to grow the fuck up seriously, im 17 and im telling you this shit, cmon.
