haha... are you sure you have the right codec?
http://www.divx.com/divx/ - go there and download the new codec. I used a new encoder so you need the new codec.
also, I'm working on a new version thats not as long and stuff... I'll post it up when I'm done

Hmmm.....I might be willing to tape ya'll. My Digi-8 takes awesome video, I have a tripod, and my editing skills are pretty good too.
