hey ne one consider maby the dog track ?they have a huge ass parking lot thats never filled maby we should try to contact them for an event? just and idea

ohh alrite ill look into it . sre u 100% sure we need insurance even if we have waivers n shyts??

If you're thinking of trying something like this without insurance... assuming you find a site owner who's willing to allow it (not likely), I'd highly recommend you talk to an attorney first.

To put it simply: Shit Happens. And though you and your friends might be cool... if one of your friends ends up dead or paralyzed (as I said, shit happens), it's not them you have to deal with, it's their family. They won't be happy, and they'll be out for blood. (even if they're not vengeful, they're going to expect some help with the medical bills)

Insurance is one of those necessary evils in this business.

Depends on what you're doing. For a low-speed (up to about 70mph) parking lot type of event similar to an autocross, it is not required. If you're going to run at a track where higher speeds will be achieved, then you might need EMT coverage.
