Richard Petty's drag racing career always generates lots of conversation on the internet, but there are MANY misconceptions that come up. I wanted to set the record straight on his 8 years of drag racing, including the two Barracudas that were raced from 1964 through 1966. I have spent countless hours researching this subject, verifying information and finding relevant photos, video clips and newspaper articles.

While MANY articles, videos and posts talk about Richard Petty's drag racing career, this is the only one that tells the full story. This documentary uses materials from many individuals and organizations. I want to thank ‪@amos6013‬ and ‪@moparconnection‬ for the use of video clips to tell this story.
