Default Water Box and pep boys

I don't know about you but I can't stand when someone running on pepboys street tires rolls through the water box and drags water all the way to the staging line. If you read this and don't have drag radials or slicks please keep your A$$ out of the water box. I just needed to get that out of my system.

There seriously should be a seminar every couple of months on what to do and what not to do @ a drag strip. I bet more people would show than most think.

Even with drag radials I don't go through the box, a nice dry burn out seems to work best for me. So if my car doesn't need to go through the box, all you other FWDs don't either (slicks excluded).

BTW I have a daily driven 11 sec FWD on drag radials and its race weight is over 3000lbs, so think about that before you ruin the track for all of us.

Exactly i hate when i c people doing that shit, they dont understand why they spin all down the track. Like Mr2 said you dont need to do that to drag radials either.

Atleast you don't plow through the box and drag water with all 4 tires all over the track.

they should post a sign up or have the even staff people remind the ones they think would most likely do it. LIke the ricers! the ones that bring there moms cars! some kid in a chevy maibu ran right threw it, it looked like he was going to back up cause he kinda stoped but NO! the idoit had to drive right through it. right before it was my turn. the race is pretty much thrown when people do that before you.

Whores, they're all whores! I hate that too. I say we cut their asshole out and ring it around their neck! I for one back up into the waterbox with my DR's but I make sure to smoke enough to where the mosquitos can't breathe! -Mark
