Question Rear suspension setup for FWD?

What are some of your rear suspension setups when your running the 1/4 mile? Air bags, stiffer, springs, shocks/struts. Right now I have a set of sport springs that are about 20% stiffer all the away around. I was thinking of buying air bags that went inside the rear coils, then add air to them once I was at the track. What do you think? I know that you don't want to much squat in the rear when you launch but yet not so riged that it bounces all over the place.

For fwd your going to want to eliminate weight transfer. So the rear suspension needs to be as stiff as possible.

what i used to do in my crx is before i went to the track i would put there metal sping spacers(can be found @ places like discount auto for saging spings) the made the back as stiff as possible, reducing weight tranfer and lowering 60' times, good luck
