Sunshine 0wned me
2.3 2.2 2.0 60ft times and I was shooting for 1.8s 
... best was 9.06 I think.
I just couldn't hook up. Beat everything I raced though. 04 gt, 00 prelude, and something with wheels that were too big for the car. It was a total drag until a kid with a geo metro asked for my tire pressure guage to make sure he could pull a good 60ft time,
Oh well, it's always fun ... I think my car is begging for a 125 shot

... I was on 26 x 8" slicks 
150 shot would be nasty. I'd probably run low to mid 12 on that. Maybe I wasn't getting the tires warmed up enough. I'll try a 3rd gear burnout next time, 2nd gear only goes to a little less than 60 and I don't feel like red lining it while I'm just doing a burnout.

These slicks I have I got from race495 ... Hoosier with non wrinkle sidewalls. I'm pretty sure the reason I couldn't cut the 60ft I did last time was because of the cold weather. The launch I had last time wasn't a complete dump of the clutch neither, more of a fast slip. I tried 4k dump the first run, 3500 dump the second run, and 3000 rpm slip on the last one and they still spun enough to hurt my 60ft time.

Non wrinkle sidewall? Are they made for drag racing or circle/road racing? A 2nd gear burnout should be plenty, sounds more like wrong tires, you should be able to get those 60's on radials. Are you going to trackday?
