ok, my turn to hijack the thread...

[rant]

As you know, i deliver pizzas. The weather tonight SUCKED. Sever thunderstorm warnings, unbelieveable downpours, crazy lightning....

ok, so this guy's an asshole thats been stiffing me for years. He lives in an apt place.

i got SOAKED getting up to the door b/c it was one of the times it was a severe downpour. So im at his door and the water from the floor above was dumping like right into his doorway so im standing along the side, peeking around the corner into the door.

So he answers the door ... goes "it was like $16?" i go "yeah, 16.03" Give him the pizza and he goes in.

It takes like 1 min to get the money, meanwhile im getting soaked from the water dumping down. He finally comes back, give me $16. Then counts out 3 cents and goes "i dont have any more change for your tip" then he goes to shut the door.

I go "dude!"

He opens it up a little... i still cant see him b/c im hiding around the corner.

Then i look down at the underwater sidewalk and me dripping and go "its fuckin pouring!" not in a yelling tone... just a wtf tone.

He goes to shut the door again and mumbles like "i dont have any change for you blah blah" then shuts it.

So i get back and his wife had called saying that i was swearing to her face telling her to give me a fuckin break its fuckin pouring fuck fuck fuck.

First, i never saw a lady.
2nd, i couldnt even see the guys face so i wasnt yelling to ANYONE'S face.

So my mgr says she suspended me for 3 days and im banned from there.

Whats totally screwed is first of all they dont tip especially in this weather. Then on top of that, they're gonna call and bitch about what i did in response to their asshole thing... and get me out of work for 3 more days!?!?

That is so fucked up its unreal!!

99.999999% of the time i dont do anything when people dont tip me, but this was it for this guy. I took a stand for myself. Fuck those fuckin assholes!!

the good thing is, there wont be a next time. I no longer have to worry about him stiffing me again.

He had an Eckerd's shirt on... maybe i should pull some BS at his work and call his mgr.....

 

well, good thing im normally a good boy and everyone loves me, so i didnt really get a 3 day suspension. They just told the lady that to shut her up. But still, they told her i was and she had no problems with it. Ass.

 

no, i'll make sure i never go again. its almost a gift for me!
