Welcome Southeast Mopar Association Members IMPORTANT NOTICE–A SHOW FLYER IS BEING CIRCULATED STATING THAT OUR 2020 FLORIDA MOPAR ASSOCIATION 33rd ANNUAL MOPAR CAR SHOW AND SWAP MEET IS RETURNING TO THE GARLITS MUSEUM. THIS IS INCORRECT AS WE RELUCTANTLY MOVED OUR SHOW FROM THE MUSEUM TO THE FLORIDA HORSE PARK SEVERAL YEARS AGO DUE TO LACK OF ADEQUATE PARKING SPACE AT THE MUSEUM. OUR NOVEMBER 13, 14 & 15, 2020 SHOW WILL AGAIN BE HELD AT THE FLORIDA HORSE PARK.
SIMILAR TO THE 2019 SHOW, THE FIRST 200 SHOW VEHICLES WILL BE PARKED UNDER THE MAIN PAVILLION AT THE HORSE PARK. ALSO, REGARDLESS OF SOME RUMORS, THE FLORIDA MOPAR ASSOCIATION IS ALIVE AND WELL AND WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT OUR 2020 SHOW.

The FMA is made up of Mopar and AMC clubs located throughout Florida working together to promote the preservation and enjoyment of our modern and classic Chrysler Corporation and American Motors vehicles. Please feel free to contact us and join us at our premier annual event “The Sunshine State Mopar Show and Swap Meet” on November 13, 14 & 15, 2020.
Read More >>Our 33rd Annual Sunshine State Mopar Car Show and Swap Meet featuring Mopars with Herb McCandless-aka Mr 4-speed will be held on November 13, 14 & 15, 2020–this is the largest Mopar swap meet in the South. The location of the show is the Florida Agriculture Center and Horse Park less than 2 miles north of the Garlits Museum at 14000 County Hwy 475A/SW 16th Ave, Ocala (I-75 exit 341, go east a short distance to the light at Hwy 475A and go left about 1.7 miles to the entrance on the right). Show car parking on Saturday and Sunday parking will be under the main Pavilion as you arrive so if you want to park with your friends or car club, please arrive together. We are planning to have a Car Clinic with Herb McCandless at 11 AM on Saturday. Also, come meet: Tim Wellborn from the Musclecar Museum, Rob Wolf of Mopar Collectors Guide and Joe Suchy of Mopar Cars and Parts. Please note: Admittance for spectators is free but parking is $10 per vehicle.
In 2020 we are again having a Mopar Welcome Party on Friday night, November 13 from 6 to 10 PM at $25 per person which includes a Big Easy Mopar Club Cajun & other food dinner, beer & wine, a live band and dancing. Also, the Park entry road has been paved so we won’t have the dust problem we had previously (see photo above for paved road). In addition this year, canopies will be allowed as long as they are securely tied down.
