Limited slip and double overdrive with a 8 speed trans

3.90 lsd swapI drive a 15 road and track with an open rear ( stupid one wheel squeal) looking to swap for an lsd. Wondering if I will have any drivability problems going to the 3.90, car has the eight speed trans. For whatever reason the 3.90 is almost half the price of 3.08, And who doesn’t like better gear multiplication. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated

Can't speak exactly for the 3.90 but the 8spd has double overdrive gears.
The 7th gear is almost the same as 5th (OD) in the '14-
then you still have 8, so it shouldn't be a problem.
