This is a neon right? How did you get that mph, when some other dude on here running 15lbs of boost on the same extact type of car ran 98mph?

IMHO if the other guy had tried running without a boost controller probably would have run faster. The boost control on the stock ECU is fairly sophisticated and meant to constantly vary boost to produce large flat torque curves over the rpm range. Chances are the car with the boost controller set to 15psi is a little more peaky and doesn't have as broad a power band. The stock ECU will go up to 14-15psi on its own anyways.
