Disable the EGR? or other option?
My wonderful 318 TBI has recently started getting that infamous hesitation syndrome when in half throttle off the line... it's starting to annoy me. It does it more when it's cold then when its warm and I was told it was related to the EGR Valve....
Is there a not to hard/expensive way to cure this "normal" dodge issue?

maybe i have a leak in one of the billion vaccuum lines on the "eco friendly" version that I drive... I kinda wish that I had one of the slightly older / non egr trucks...

is it possibly to rip all that shit out and run the couple vacuum hoses that you actually need?
My turbo cars are MUCH more simplified after I get rid of all that nonsence. Also, i dont know if you have the hard plastic hoses, but those are hell on the turbo cars. Always cracked a tiny bit and causing problems.

The plastic vac lines are hell on any car. The dry rot, harden, and just generally crack over time. Not many plastic pieces like the heat in the engine bay. I got rid of 99% of the plastic lines in my K, but I still have all the smog equipement attached.

Funny thing... right on there is a person that is having the same prob with their 89 ramcharger.... 
Everyone is saying to swap the TPS... so off I go to the store to see if this helps...
