I stopped by Race Related today and spoke to James (owner) we discussed various aspects of the day to come and here are the finalized plans:

*Dyno spots will be limited to Neons/TDs first and if you should happen to invite a friend along he/she would have to wait until all Neon/TDs have dynoed only to keep it fair..after all we are hosting the event for Neons/Tds only but we are not gonna be rude about it....

* Dyno day prices are set! $40 gets you 3 runs all with A/F :o :o ..thanks to yours trully ...hope you all dont mind extra $10 but it does get you A/F on all 3 runs ok???

*For those needing tuning of their cars while on the dyno, James left that aspect up to me and asked that those people be considerate of the other dynoing patrons. So to be fair to both you and everyone else we agreed that for the $40 (3 runs with A/F on all) those who need tuning can perform the modifications withing reasonable time while on the dyno. The only catch is you will have to wait till everyone who is just dynoing w/o more involved tuning is complete. Sound fair?

*We have permission to have a cookout/picnic there, i will finalize that shortly aswell...any ideas are welcome?

*I invited James to bring his 2002 T78 Turbo-charged Harley Edition F150 to run at the track that Sunday i hope no one objects to that...???

*I also wanted to ask everyone for permission this time because i know last year we had one person show up. See there are a few TD guys in FL that would probably want to come to the meet and i wanted to know if i could extend an invitation to them aswell for our meet on Saturday and Sunday. It would be only FWD Turbo Dodge cars (Shelby CSX , Lancer & GLHS , Spirit RT, Lebaron GTC etc) sound ok with everyone??

*Parking should be adequate on premices

*There will be a tent/tarp setup outside for those who wish to sit outside


Guys its getting closer and what im working on right now is a process to correctly identify the dyno patrons, get your legal paper work straight and arrange timed appointements to keep everything flowing. When i get this top a science i will release the details. Again this Dyno day is set for February 22nd 2003 at Race Related in St Petersburg Florida. site for dyno is www.racerelated.com

BTW for those who didnt know this is our 2nd Annual Dyno/Track weekend but 1st year hosted by www.FloridaNeons.org ....I have scheduled a few guest vehicles to be here for both days and im pending a reply about a surprise TD i/everyone would be thrilled to see and touch

 

yup they have been set for neons for a few months its just since im hosting the dyno meet and Warren Fulmer dynoed with us last year i figured i'd ask and include you all. The Saturday (22rd) is the dyno and the Sunday (23rd) is the track day and they are both set in stone with both the dyno shop and the track (Bradenton).
