you are correct "not insane"
at this moment i'm thinking of putting a motor together for the Neon, only time will tell as what i'll end up using the intake does clear the distributor on the 2.2 or 2.5 but there are other costs involved like custom cam sprokets and machine work so the 2.4 is the other option besides 2.5 pistons and rods are direct bolt in for 2.4's but i also have believes that the 2.0 is plenty capable of making up to 500 HP at the cost of torque but at 2400lbs it won't hurt it too bad, man my head hurts from all the ideas

not really Mike knows if he needs to know he can ask me....i know enough about Neons....2nd gen mostly but have aquired a vast knowledge of first gens via friends and fellow .org members. Mike also knows most of my friends either drive a neon or a Dodge period...lol
