i went to the track yesterday and got to run a plain 4 door 2.0 Dohc Turbo Neon :o (black in color) this car was on my heels the whole 1/8th mile luclky i got him on the 60' boy what a close and interesting race that was we both ran the same tires too but i guess it proves that the Auto works very well(mine is slipping) also i set my personal record again got a 1.99 60' with Falken tire and ran a 8.60 at 81mph against the wind(cold front)

Congrats on the time, there's a couple of Turbo Neons in Tampa.

 

yeah that neon is a base 95 still on stock 13 inchers running a DOHC turbo setup..he had a SOHC turbo setup but it wasnt running well so i guess he opted for something rtried and proven by his shop Car Fx located in Pinellas Park off 66th St...l8r guys

 

I have the 2 door 97 white turbo neon in Tampa.

It ran a 13.8@107mph spinng all the way too 3rd gear on 11psi boost.

Damn, I'm a little late, but I too am a turbo Neon.............well.....not exactly a Neon..............but a long distant cousin!!!!
