1999 dodge ram surging
i am getting a surge of about 200 to 300 rpms at about 45mph after it shifts into overdrive i have no other problem with this trans i changer the tps sensor, fluid and filter to no avail any help thanks it is 99 ram with 5.2 litre engine

IAC - Idle Air Control. It's a stepper motor that controls the amount of air the engine receives while at idle. It's usually attached to the throttle body.
