Yep, all fixed! And it wasnt just #2. It was all the cylinders across the board with 10-15psi compression. I pulled the lashers and crushed them with a pair od vice grips, submerged them in oil, then unclamped. Reinstalled everything and no change. Primed the engine until there was plenty of oil pressure, still no change. Tried all kinds of tests and checks and couldnt find anything wrong, yet it still wouldnt kick over. The pistions pushed tons of air out the plug hole fine. Heard puffs out the tail pipe. Then my dad got the idea to check the torque converter for 2 timing marks. (ding!) His old van had 2, so he figured maybe. We turned the engine by hand and watched. Sure enough! 2 marks that look exactly the same! I reset the timing to the other mark (which was about 90-100* off) and the car instantly fired up and idled just fine!
way to go, dipshit!!!!! Now come pick me up and we shall go cruising for bitches in the spi[glow=red]R[/glow]it JDM Type [glow=red]R[/glow], GT-[glow=red]R[/glow] and stop at Taco Bell, because they are open late[glow=yellow]R[/glow]
