R/T vs 94-95 Cobra?

I plan on setting up a race between my friends 99 R/T and my other friends 95 Cobra both stock. From what I understand the R/T has a slightly better quarter. Any thoughts?

I would think the Cobra would have the advantage since its much lighter. Although I dont remember the HP rating for that year.
