i see a few of them on autotrader for cheap and i was wondering if they can be made fast easily...they have like 145hp stock and they look rather light...i was just thinking that it could be a fun lil project car if i could pick one up for cheap.

she would be able to talk your ear off about em...the turbod ones are pretty quick....the GLHS were fuckin quick..Im a RWD v8 person so I know not about turbod 4 bangers or 4 bangers in general...

Anything has potential with the right motor swap. 
But stock I think the turbo models are the only decent ones. And the GLHS models are becoming rare nowadays.

No rebuilding the omni allowed!!! We plan on buying a real GLHS(T). Besides I am very picky now. Im tired of having something that is soo much of a project that it cant be enjoyed. I want the real car with the vin# attatched to it. No More Projects except the Old Cars besides I have a new plan for my old cars. Can you say old school meets new school? heehee watch out Pheonix 5 weeks and counting till I invade your turf. Too bad there isnt a Pheonixracing.com well not yet anyways.
