I have a 1995 Dodge Neon, it has a 2001 Magnum Swap.

I am having some issues with the break pedal losing pressure along with this really odd sound, the sound occurs and the brake pedal loses backpressure, sounds like air escaping or something of that nature, like a hole or something... Any idea what this is?

Occurs primarily when steering wheel is turned.
