95 neon won't start

Default 95 neon won't start

I'm working on a friends 95 neon sohc. The car has not been driven in monthes, it need a alternator and motor mount when he bought it and over heated on the way from tampa about 4 monthes ago. It has a new battery new alternator it still won't start. The compression was 150 in 2 cylinders and about 120 in the other 2. need help need to get this car going asap.

I have tryed to start it with starting fluid, no go and I know i'm getting spark to the plug wires. the plugs do have old oil on them.

Put in new plugs and still won't start.

any fuel spraying? any spark from the coil? is it even turning over?

I have spark and yes its turning over, and it should at least start for a second or two with the starter fluid so I think it is a sensor just not sure which one it could be?

cam angle sensor maybe
