Hey duster360 welcome to the board!
I just sold my 1973 A-body a dart sport.
Maybe you have seen me around?

Too bad its gone... *sniff*
The absolute best place that I can point you for information is the Mopar Mailing List www.moparmailinglist.org
Subscribe to the list post an introduction with your question and some of the most knowledgable Mopar Gurus out there will try their best to help you out.
Also you might want to give Jeff a call at Jeffs Speed Shop in Brandon... He used to have a duster way back in the day with a 340 and a tunnel ram dual 4-barrel setup... he MIGHT have some good suggestions...
and if thats not good enough there is a guy named Scot that races Valiants at Sunshine that helped me out a lot with my Dart Sport he is a great guy and really knows his stuff I will find and post his phone number later... (just be warned almost all of his help comes with a price tag).
Good luck and again welcome to the board! got any pics of that duster?
