Use all the srt-4 turbo parts for the cheapest turbo setup. Since your car is a SOHC you need to get the SOHC to DOHC adapter plate from Neons.org - The best neon site on the net! to use it. Still probably gonna cost you around $800 to completely turbo it.

You would have to get an adaptor plate since your car is SOHC. Checkout Neons.org - The best neon site on the net! all the info you would ever need is there.

I agree with both... BUY A SRT4 which has opt to stage kit it (stg.1-3) and it stays under warranty and capable of 11-13sec 1/4... OR... use the parts for a awesome set up!!!
I believe stg3 does comes with factory warranty

Honestly at this point intime, the mod that will make a big difference and will help every mod you ever do to the car is gonna be swapping it to a 5spd... I did mine in a weekend and it takes about $300 worth of parts. Seems like alot of work, but I believe anyone that can turn a wrench can get it done. The toughest part is installing the clutch pedal, it's just a bitch to reach.

I swear this forum is for the people who have down syndrome. Why waist time and money when it's going to blow up anyways. Their not made to be turbo otherwise they would come like that. Why do you think you see so many turbo kits on ebay that have been used and are for sale. What do they all say "I had it on my neon but it blew up." Just drive it to work and save up money and buy something useful. Just my advice.
