Fishy Tampa Car Ad. $4k for an '03 Stg1 SRT4
Says 2nd owner no title. Seems a little fishy to me. Posting it here just in case somebody knows something. I'm thinking it could have been stolen...

The add states that it has no title and can't be titled. Why would be a good question but for someone with the cash, it would be a great parts car. Could easily make back the money spaent by striping it and selling th parts.
