use a 3 bolt type puller for the crank sprocket, you will need to get different bolts than the ones at autozone come with though...I think they are m8 bolt holes(could be mistaken though, anyway there are 3 hole in the face of the sprcket, test fit severl bolts till you find one that fits...take that to ace ahrdware and find 3 that are that thread and decently long, then put them on the puller with whatever washers are needed and pull the sprocket...you may need to remove the whatchamacallit though(little piece of keyed metal stuck in the crank behind the sprocket to line up the sprocket), can be removed with some pliers and installed again with a hammer by tapping it into place(on second thought you probably wont need to remove it after all ...as for the RPM, when I got mine balanced in the sebring motor I just took it to a machine shop and told them to balance it for me w/ none specified, dont know, they will demand the flywheel and whatever crank pulley you are using at the same time thoguh(even though they arent needed, I gave them to the shop anyway)

heres a current thread on it on neons.org
