Mopar owners in NPR/Pasco beware.....
figured i'd warn you guys that Plaza Dodge is no more HOWEVER now under new ownership/management the dealership is Doing Business As "Tarpon Dodge". If anyone has ever dealt with them im sure they care share their "quality" service and sales....or lack thereof
just giving you guys the heads up...theyve been advertizing like crazy and while i was on my way to Coastal Cadi the other day in a RX400h i couldnt help but notice the signs and new banners.

Yeah they are attempting to improve their image. I've known so many tech's that have worked there, and have heard some funny shit about that place. And a few have been back 2-3 times.
I was told that Brad Kenyon was looking into buying it, but I don't ever believe the dealership BS until I see it.

yah i saw that, its really not even close to tarpon though. that place is horrible to have work done at. i can go on for a while about how much that place sucks. one time after $600 worth of warrantee work done and out of a car for two days i still had the same problem(new front struts, new rack and pinion, new brake booster....), i finally had the mechanic come out to show him and the whole problem was a squeaky bushing. he sprayed some lube or something on it and it almost instantly went away. I bought mine from ferman when plymouth neons were availablt there. they are way better, and getting serviced there is a much better idea.
I've never done business there but my next door neighbor was a salesman there. He said tons of shady things were going on. Take it as you may but I dont think many people have had a good expierence with them.
theresshady things going on at every dealer.i've lived here in pasco whole life, ferman is your best bet around here for dodge.not half as many proplems and the service takes alot less time then plaza.
plaza has the smallest service dept around here as far as dodge is concerned. Heck Fitzgerald Chrysler/Jeep has a bigger service dept and they are small
