Those are some good looking wheels. I would love to put a set on my Stratus.

nice rims, hopefully they stay clean and don't get dirty as fast as your other wheels but who the hell care about looks as long as you stick to the road and enjoy your ride....

Default Bent over real good this time

Well after those guys made good and after many months of perfect rims, I had to get new tires...well all 4 rims were f00ked up this time...

This manager however was trying his best not to take responsibility..he ended up promising to make good but who knows..
You can see the base of the rim showing and he was claiming rust, that must have been there..."the machine is state of the art plastic ...there is no metal on the machine..."

I asked that they properly torque my lugs ...at least they got that right....that is after partially stripping my lug key....

Why me?

You need to come see me when you get new tires!!! I work at the Tires Plus in New Tampa on BBD. I put new tires on three srt's this week and didn't fuck up any of them. I did Ttimes, a new guy in town and mine. Come see me next time. What shop was it? If someone at my shop messes up a wheel we send them out to either sam the hub cap man or this other place in town that just re finishes wheels.

I think this was tires plus ( racetrack & countryway)
I doubt these can be properly refinished. When the other place damaged one of the wheels, they found out it was cheaper to repalce it than fix it.

Can you comment on the 'plastic machine? I've never heard or seen that, is it 100% horse shit?

Same goes for tire kingdom on gun and linebaugh, dropped my car off the lift and cracked my frontbody kit and sideskirts as well as bent my axles, and gave me my money back for the damage 7 months later.

The first guy they called today didnt want to touch the wheel cuz he cant match the color.
Next they sent me over to Glen's wheel polishing, he cant match it either , but he proposed polishing the outer lip. He explained by doing this, if it does happen again ( more like when it does), it would simply be "buffed out"

It should be done on Monday,so I'll post up pics....

The plastic machine isnt total bullshit if they have a machine like the one i use. The only part that is plastic is the part that goes over the lip of the rim and you use to take off both beads of the tire. I highly doubt they used a machine like this because if they had there is virtually no way in hell to mess up rims that bad. My machine will periodically leave a grease mark, but that comes right off with cleaner fluid.

Is all i have to say to both you cali and chase is you guys need to come see me next time. I have a lot of srt's come over to my shop so i can put parts on, do tires, alignments, basically anything and i dont charge what my shop will so i usually do it on my bosses day off but still. Hit me up if ya need anything. It may be a little drive but at least your shit wont be all messed up. That pretty much goes for anybody.
