Default dodge warrenty question

if you buy official mopar performance shit from dodge like the stage 2/3 turbo upgrade will it void the 3/30,000mi warrenty or the 7/70,000 extended?

its up for debate. my friend got his warrenty voided for a mopar bov. turbo melted and they would not cover it. but i think it depends on the dealer. i would call dodge and ask before you bolt on anything. i lowered my ACR and from that point on it was a fight to get anything fixed until i made friends with a service writer.

Performance parts themselvels carry NO warranty. If the PERFORMANCE part (just like aftermarket) can be the traced as the ROOT cause of your problem, then yes , it will VOID that section of the warranty.

Read your owners manual! Mopar ACCESSORIES have no effect on warranty. Mopar PERFORMANCE parts CAN have an effect.
