i have a 95 neon and i jus got it from a local car place and every time i step on the gas soe where in ym exzaust somethin rattels or makes a noise can soem one give me some tips on might it be the dealer sad it might be the cadilac converter..

I htink oyu might wnat to check the shield raound the cadilac converter.

U need to get under the car and shake the exhaust system and listen/look for possible rattle points.

 

when the car is cool, obviously... or wear thick gloves...
