97 dodge neon help

i need to know where two sensors are the cam sensor and the crank sensor

The cam sensor is connected to the cam and the crank sensor is in the block.

where at on the block that would cause it not to get spark

i need to know where on the block the crack sensor is
and woulkd not make it wher it would not get spark
