a turbo, set of slicks, and $300 in mods will get you 12's but you would to convert the car to turbo status, N/A is sort of a waste of money that's my personal opinion, i got lucky, mine's a GLH-T (Turbo model)

A lot of things are different. is a different compression engine . not that is impossible to swap all the things needed is just a lot more easier to just swap a turbo engine in the car. I've never seen anybody trying to make a non turbo dodge fast just only some V6. I personally wouldn't waste time. a 2.5 sohc will be a good project since this one has more torque than the 2.2

the motor is a 2.2 high output which has 110 hp, the turbo model added another 36 hp, a 50 shot of Nitrous should get you into 14's but the bottom ends were not that strong(weak rods, pressed wrist pins) turbo motors included, the motors did
received many upgrades as the years went by.

Not just a 2.2 Turbo the Turbo I suck. Make sure it's a 89 Turbo II ( block is stonger in 89)perferably a Shelby so you have a garrett turbo instead of a Mitsu. Flybyuin2.2 would agree with me.
