Does anybody know what the AUTO SHUTDOWN RELAY does on a neon?? and why i kicks in?? What causes it to kick in. It keeps on blowing fuel pump fuses so I by passed it but using a "jumper wire". I don't like to do that but it works so..........any info would help.

What codes are you throwing?
Coult be pump, injectors and I think 02 sensor(s).
