im pissed.....advice needed
so i got my yokies from tirerack today, went to get them installed at tire kingdom....they fucking raped me on the mount/balance and i had to wait an hour and 45 mins in the fucking waiting room, i pay and i leave only to discover my car is almost fucking ran-sacked.....i had check stubs (w/ my social security #) on the drivers seat, bank statements all over the floor, and shit like that, pretty much all the important shit i had in my glove box was obviously looked at while they were "looking" for my wheel locks which they could've just asked for and i would've given them in a matter or seconds.....and to top it off i drive away and my car veers slightly to the right when under acceleration......fucking cock suckers, i am so pissed.....i have to make some angry phone calls tomarrow.....can anyone help me w/ past experiences and shit like that??? because this is fucking ridiculous, this has not been my week......i am so flapped right now its not even funny
i want them to appologize to me and fix my alignment for free......i didnt go there w/ a fucked alignment, i dont give a fuck what they do or don't do.....i want my shit fixed

holy shit Tom, I would be livid too, I am very leary about leaving my truck un-attended for the exact same reason, I even write down mileage sometimes...cock suckers.

Its going to be difficult arguing your case since you didn't turn right back around to voice your problems. Good luck though.
Next time use AK Tire over near Westshore and Cypress. I think I paid $15/tire for mounting/balancing and they managed not to screw up my wheels.

Best thing to do is ask for the manager, be polite explain the deal, say you had to be somewhere and could not turn around.
Ask him what they will do to fix the problem at hand. (First rule of negotiating never offer the solution, thee who speaks first looses). If they do not offer something explain that your car did not have this pull before hand and ask again what can be done to fix it ? Most likely he will say a alignment check so act as if they are going to do this chack for free. Playing dumb goes a long way.
On a side note the pull can be from a few things. First the air pressure could be different on either side of the car. Or they may need to swap a tire from one side of the car to another to cure the pull. We had this problem all the time when I was a tech.. Some tires will just pull to one side due to casting problems. putting that tire on another side could fix the problem.
Good luck and stay calm untill all else fails.

when i worked at tire kingdom, we'd ask the owner where the wheel lock was first, before just looking for it.
and like scott said, it might just be a matter of air pressure, stop at a gas station and make sure the air pressure is the same in all the tires. if it is, then go back and make them swap the front two tires (dismounting, and remounting if theyre directional, of course) and if it still does it....RAPE THEIR SISTERS!...errr...ask them to do an alignment czech.
