Its PAST that time again......
we're in need of another Scavenger Hunt 
at the request of Aharon, and other TR members constantly inquiring when the next one is going to be planned.....
it is finally that time
i am looking for A COUPLE volunteers to help me out w/ this.....i have also asked a few people personally to help me with this task

here are some ideas/bulletpoints:
-Tshirts .....what should they said?
-Stickers .....of what? TR?
-ITEMS TO SEARCH FOR .....obviously need those!
-A place to meet before/after hunt
-Teams? ...i think so
-Prizes?
-Entry fee? .....*has to be minimal but enough to cover stickers, prizes, tshirts, basically EXPENSES
feel free to add input

ok, Toms idea brings us up to the BIGGEST TR EVENT EVAR!!:o 
Here is my ideas for this event....
TR ALL-DAY BBQ/SCAVENGER/FREE4ALL Event....
The Team Evil BBQ will be in full effect.
The Scavenger Hunt should be looking for the following things at least....:
1. boobies of chix from out of town (get them to show ID on video) - at least 3 pair
2. Get someone (chix perferred) to show ass and write "TR Kicks this ASS" on it with permanant marker
3. Capture a vid of a city worker holding a sign saying "TR OWNZ (city)"
4. Capture a vid of a Clearwater Cop holding a sign saying "I love donuts"
5. Capture a car with the most BLING
I'll let you guys expand from here...
The rest of the event for those not doing the hunt will be stuff like...
Beach Soccer
Water Ballon Wars
Football
Frisbee
The beach.....
As for the Vedors of TR I think that they should be willing to help out and get some money/services donated for prizes...
Things like "1hr shop time" / "1hr dyno time" / "Free install" etc.... or actual parts / CDs / Clothing that people would want....

Also... obviously a Saturday is best for this event since more people can make it.... so I vote for June 21.... gives time to sponsors to get involved and also to get shirts / banners / stickers made up....

yeah i tried to make the date pretty far yet pretty close to plan it all out and give notice
i dunno about the whole cops on video thing.....lol.....last time we got bitched at because theyre not allowed to be on camera
muwahaha!
and we shouldnt make it an option to hang out at the bbq or scavenger hunt because it might take away some of the participants, we should have the bbq then the scavy hunt.....but then the people who dont want to go can stay
this will be another DIGI CAM/VID CAM hunt......its FUNNER that way hehe

I did one a while back that made you involve strangers, that was alot of fun. Something like video taping your team standing around people at a bowling alley while they sit on a bowling ball and cluck like a chicken . It makes watching the tapes very amusing.

How about a Scavenger Hunt that starts on a Friday evening around 7 or 8pm, and then the results are tallied at the BBQ. Say like 12 noon on Saturday? That would give the creative people 16 hours to do stuff (if they wanted to stay up all night), and bring everyone to a meeting place the next day at the BBQ.
