At Ace Cafe Orlando, the health and safety of our customers and team members is at the heart of everything we do to deliver a high-quality dining and entertainment experience.



I am writing to share with you the steps we are taking across our entire operation to safeguard your health while visiting our destination. Recognizing that members of our community count on Ace Cafe Orlando for individual and small group dining and gathering, we remain fully operational at this time.



In addition to our routine cleaning and sanitation activities which already exceed state and local requirements, we have also implemented the following safety measures to limit exposure to COVID-19:

• Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing, especially in high traffic areas
• Providing disposable menus to guests
• Suspending providing coloring sheets/crayons to tables
• Placing hand sanitizers at the host stand
• Require team members to use gloves for food and drink service
• Urging team members to stay healthy; if they don’t feel well, requiring them to stay home
• Implementing deeper cleaning at the close of business each day

We are closely monitoring the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with state and local public officials and agencies, and taking all necessary actions to ensure workplace safety and maintain business continuity. However, this is a rapidly evolving situation, and we promise to provide additional information as it becomes available.
