On Saturday, November 16 the City of South Daytona will be holding the Grillers Gone Wild BBQ Festival at Reed Canal Park, 919 Reed Canal Road from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Included in the festival is a large car/jeep show that takes place from 11 a.m.-3:30 p.m. There will be judging for the car/jeep show. The cost to enter is $5.00. We will have giveaways and the funds raised goes to the Daytona State College Scholarship Fund. They will be running the car/jeep show at the event.

You can enter the event at 919 Reed Canal Road or 2871 South Nova Road. If you enter at 919 Reed Canal Road you will travel along a shell road and into the park. If you enter at 2871 S Nova Road you will travel across the grass multipurpose field and up a short shell drive across a small shell parking lot and into the park. I know car enthusiasts put a lot of time and money into their vehicles and want to give you both options. The park is in great shape. We have removed any stumps in the show area and you will be parking on a nice grass surface. This is always a fun event and we typically get around 125+ vehicles.

The event includes a BBQ Competition, excellent BBQ for sale from several of our competitors, a beer truck with Tomoka Brewery beer, live musical entertainment all day, arts and crafts vendors and a kid zone.
