8k...they said theyd give me aroud 5 for my car tho...the wheels and exhaust woudl go rela quick mind you...
leather w/o major cracks dash cover and 5 speed.

Well I looked up kelly blue book and NADA value of the car it kept coming up as in the mid 3s...they guy wants 8 for it.
So lets tack on 1k for the wheels and 1 k for paint..and the dude said hed give me 5 for my car...
Would i be outrageous to go in and trya nd wheel him down or shoud li just go with my car and like a grand and say hey this car shodl be valued at xxx how about my car and some cash to fix it up some.?

stopped in today got in it popped everythign ran it a bit didnt have time to drive it gave afew revs engine is goood interior is good too just afew misc prolems that I already tackled with my last car but this time a different salesman told me a bit higher proce by like 400 bucks...

Looks clean and they are hard to find. Like Vortec said ditch the upper intake and you will need to ditch the heads as well. They had massive restrictions in the heads just on 86s. Some type of experiment with Ford. You could change those pieces out very cheaply and it would still look original because the heads and intake look the same to the untrained eye.
Not worth 8K though. Take your car and a grand or so in your pocket and do not leave there paying more than 5K with T+T+T. Tell them they can keep the wheels and sell them to someone else I have another set you can borrow.
