basicly here is what is said...........aka the cliff notes.
taking place in san diego police have started a new thing called the early morning roundup or some shit like that. they basicly have some sort of way to watch you at the street races then they wait till about 6am then come arrest you at your house and inpound your car.
the one kid who they say was flagging them off is facing 87 charges of some sort when he was arrested. cars remain inpounded for 1 months time. this stems from the state giving them a 400 thousand grant or some shit to crack down on this ever growing problem(their words not mine).
sooner or later someone will push the issue of whats taping them and yell emtrapment and it will give up whats being used to tape these kids and then it will be back to racing as usual.

Im no lawyer but how is it possible for law enforcement officials to be able to sit back and let an entire street racing event go down if it is so dangerous. It would be interesting to see what happens if a fatality occured during one of these stings and the police were just sitting around picking their asses and allowing it to happen.

i figure what they have is the same thing they do as in ybor which is maned with up to 3 people at all times. so if something was to go bad at one of these illegal events and come to find out they did nothing then they will be at the mercy of the court for sitting back and doing nothing.
in which you know some parent will come out of left field and sue them for all the cat 5 cable they use for their little cameras
