Well I was on the way to desoto raceway to see how much boost i could run with a gallon of toulene in the gas tank and my boost controller was starting to act up and was allowing 28 psi pressure spikes on the shifts before it would settle back to 15. I looked down at the gauges and the damn coolant temp was friggin PEGGED!! I was like WTF??? and I started to smell burning oil so I pulled off onto exit 19 in bradenton about a mile past the skyway. As soon as I let off the gas it stalled. I tried to re-start it it cranked lazily so i let it sit. I popped the hood the entire battery firewall and transaxle were bathed in oil and when i went to re-crank it it turned over REALLY fast no compression So I called Taylor all pissed off and then called USAA and got a tow from bradenton to macdill AFB where I had the car dropped off taylor was there within 10 minutes and gave me a ride home from the base and today I picked up the mitsu badass 4 layer metal headgasket and am about to go order the ARP head studs should have it fixed here pretty soon I work fast Taylor thanks for coming out there. This pisses me off the car was absolutely SCREAMING with the toulene in there at least for a while...The factory headgaskets on these cars suck or at least mine did after 150 thousand on the clock. I figured this was gonna happen soon. There appears to be no damage and I never heard a rod knock or anything like that. So yall wish me luck that the damn thing aint seized or the head overly warped. -Tony

Yeah the stock head bolts like to lift at about 20PSI spiking 28 probably isnt the best thing for it. Arps will hold it all in for yeah. I hope nothing else is messed up.
