To all:
After stepping back and taking a long drive today I have decided to take a break from the board rather than lose alot of friends. Ive done it before now it is time again. It seems that lately I am more of the problem rather than the solution. So this is my notice...see you all in 2 or 3 weeks when all of this is done. Cheers!
