hard to see but if you look at the crank you can see that one of the rod bearings has spun over its mate and fused to the crank.

if only you knew someone that had a brother in law with a 1974 Dart with a 318 in it for really really cheap... HMMMM...

Damn Walter doesnt look good. How do the cylinders look? Figure there would be a lot of sidewall loading on that cylinder.
Well at least with the engine apart you can go on a search for that missing nut...
