I am hereby de-ricing my car. I had enough of it. The problme is the piece of shit paint. I pioanted everytihng and I regret it. Now Im forced to make improvisations. I had to cover my yellow mouldings becasue theywere chipping like a mofo with carbon fibre vbynl. I didnt have black and you cna hardly notice it anywyas. Unles syou get close but thats when you see th ebubbles too so look at from far awy. a nd the iunterior. yellow thihs and that now its white mainly becasue I only had white paint and I couldnt chip this shot off at all but I will be turning it back to black someday possibly for anny sort of reslae valkue. as for my infamous yellow grilele and seats black and stock respectivley. And the shoudlerpads.I really dont wanna dump them they are really comfortable if you ride with themand then go back it hurts. The tip wil get replace with an actual exhaust once I get aorund to it. DOnt worry it was a non resonanted tip anywas. Any reccomendations for an exhaust? And lastly the stickers Im working on it. I had to go do stuff before I could finish but hopefully I shoudl have the stuff done by saturdya and if you read my other posts youll know that my car might not even make an appearance this sat. NOw I need rims. And some other stuff.

Well good for you Sir! Your decision to leave behind all that hatred fear and anger (the dark side of the force) and come back to the Jedi ways are repectable! I feel clean again. I need to do some touchup tho. I dont like having the carbon on the side but it was about a milion times easier than sanding and painting and removing the mouldings was damn near impossible. Its still semi rice but not near as bad. or flamboyant. Low key is the way to be!

(nothing really bad not out of contrast actually tasteful but i guess what u said is right) low key is the way to be!...very soon i will be getting rid of my front Rod Millen bumper since im lowered and these hills in lakeland are the shit! (as in BAD shit) plus im getting rid of my subs since im tired of them and going quite deaf! (glad i got out of that phase real quick!)
congrats. howbout u come over tomorrow and help me get the paint off my shit? im going to try and use nail polish remover and stuff on the plastic pieces i heard it might work. i would use paint thinner but its only dash plastic and i dont want to melt it all.
anyways im rambling on as usual

oh yeah im SOOO happy today cuz 3 of my struts came in (4th had to be ordered from KYB since NOPI had none) and the intrax springs and strut bar will be in in a few days too! and i got a 50 cent raise at work! woohoo! no more minimum wage for me!...actually im getting $6.25 now heheh

best way to get the paint off the moldings is to by eurethane bumper paint remover. Just spray on and its gone. You will want to remove the moldings though. Congrats on your conversion...trust me you will never go back.

Urethane bumper paint remover you say...that makes so much freaking sense! arggh! If anyone wants to take claim to a sticker and cone have your way with it feel free. I personally am taking my mission hockey stickers off you know. But theres a vetc one a racing zone one and a hot wheels one. oh yea and some other pos ones too. Why are you dumping your subs? I just changed my shit around so it adds to the music not to the headaches. Pics soon! I swear!

well i think im going to just take my double sub box and either saw it in half along the center wall or get a single sub box. i like a little thump cuz it adds to the music like u said but i leave them turned basically all the way down anyways so.
is there anything that will take paint off like plastic pieces like console (shifter surroundage) and dash pieces.
today i used paint thinner and nail polish remover and it was too hard but it only worked a little bit. i just painted some of the majorly nasty stuff black but it wants to bubble and shit (i cant paint for shiznit)
the front upper grille mesh is black the lower will wait since i need more zip ties. the speaker covers have been blackened as well as the pieces behind the door handles and an air vent. hehe its so much fun painting shit tho. i like the black it almost looks too good but if i can find something to remove it id like to get it back to the stock navy blue that it came in from the factory.
will that bumper stuff work?
also the emblem on the front is black and the rear ones are....well theyre gone. i need to get the holes filled up tho.

You can baptize me but my car....shes still crippled. Oh and dan the bubbling up shiznit happens when the new paint gets uned the old paint. It freaking sucks when youre painting somehting and it bubbles al over and you try it agina and you sand and arrgh!
