Legal Question

Okay I got a subpeona for court to testify againist the driver who pulled out in front of me. Know the thing that has me a little lost, its the state of fl vs him. Does this sound normal?

not mine no, as far as I know, there is an attorny involved, and we are suing his insurance company

Cant help you - if he didn't have insurance then I could see the state financial responsibility office getting involved... Did he take out any street lights etc?

If his insurance company has already paid for your damages, your insurance company doesn't really have to "go after him". He must have some other kind of charges pending or something. I'd just go testify and hope that he gets what's coming to him.
