The fucking wait. You spend the afternoon, hunched over a pot, making your brew and then you've got to wait at least three weeks before you know if it'll turn out the way you planned. So far, out of ten brews, I've botched three. After I finish the kegbot's microcontroller, I'm building a damned time machine.

Got a Honey Wheat that's being tapped this weekend and a hefeweizen that's close to being gone. Also have a brown ale on tap but, as mentioned above, it didn't exactly turn out stellar. Too bitter on the finish.
