Well that's about a waste of her time if you ask me. 
Oh, and remind them that the guy who is asking them to hurry up and promote you is the same psycho bitch who picked up the snippy doctor and slammed him against the wall in that deep dark tunnel between the hospitals. Maybe that will jog their memory.
