TR Private Fishing Trip Are You Game ?

I brought this up in the admin forum and everyone seems to like the idea so I am going to post this in here to get your thoughts before posting out in the public forums.
Here is the low down:
The boat is the Double Eagle out of Clearwater, normally it is $54 for a 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.. day trip.
Best time to fish is by mid June before the water gets to warm.
If we want a entire boat to ourselves it is $2,200 and that includes everything (bait, tackle, first mate, driver
, etc. ). You also leave at 8:00 vs. 9:00 so you get a extra few hours and it returns at 5:00. This is also the only option if you want a guarantee for a boat for a certain date.
We would need to get a minimum of 50 people to make it $44 each which is what I think we should shoot for. Again this includes everything and the boat to just our group.
Open dates as of now are the first two Sunday's in June.
You can bring coolers, beer, food whatever. And they have a little kitchen on board that will sell burgers, etc..
This will have to be pre-pay only because I have to take them a 50% deposit within two weeks of departure.
People could invite friends / family off of TR to help get our minimum for all I care. I know I could get 5 or so of my cop friends who I usually go out with on these things.
Even if you are not a big fisherman it is a good time, the boat is pretty big and it has a large inside area with bench seating and tables. Every time I have gone out I have caught a lot of fish.
If we are going to do this we need to do it a.s.a.p. because we are inside a month now.
Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks

I am sure that a date when I cannot show up will be picked... it seems to be the "norm" now...

Does the boat have one of the A/C'd interiors? Also would 50 peoples fit comfortably around the boat or packed shoulder to shoulder like some of the other boats? Any idea on the boat size? Sounds like a fun time indeed. Just don't want to feel like a fish(sardine) while fishing.
**edit** also could it be capped @ 50 people for the $44 to keep the group size to a more fun and enjoyable level?

i'm down, but not if it's going to be too crammed.
i'm not a big deep sea fisherman, i prefer in and around the bay...freshwater is okay but it requires ALOT more patience.
if this falls through, we should find out who has boats and have a fishing meet, head out to cockroach bay down near ruskin/sun city/TRview
and rack in some trouts or reds or something.
ps - tom, dude one weekend you need to come fishing with my dad and I or something.

A/C on a boat ?
Come on man this is fishing not a pleasure cruise.
The boat is 66ft long and will hold 80 people so 50 is nothing.
Yep on capping it, I think we might hav a hard time getting to 50 but we are not going over that amount.
