I'm looking for a 2 bay or oversized 1 bay shop for rent in the Tampa area. Probably anywhere east of Dale Mabry. I've driven around and looked before but its a pain in the ass. Any ideas?

 

There is a shop on MacDill about 3 blocks from my house (5 blocks S of Gandy) that is for rent. Taka was thinking of picking it up, but I don't know if that is concrete yet.

There is also a 2 bay ex-transmission shop right off of Gandy in between Himes and Macdill that may be up for rent. I havent seen any signs with numbers to call, but it just closed down about 3 weeks ago. It is on the north side of Gandy east of Dale Mabry.

If you pass the quickie mart (that is the actual name ) you've gone too far. It will be on the right hand side if you are coming from Gandy.

 

Rich how much are you planning on spending and how long are you planning on leasing. I may have 2 bays and a paint booth up for rent come real soon. (I know you prob won't need the paint booth but it comes with the territory..lol)

 

I'm sure I could lease for a long time, been at the current place for 4 years. I don't know how much I want to spend per month, but I wouldn't want to spend much more per sq ft than I'm paying now. I'd have to do the math.
